Sweet and fruity, already a lot of aroma, and very open. To drink now.
Saint-Romain 'Sous le Château' :
The chalky Soil situated under the castle gives a quite hard red which matures quickly.
Auxey-Duresses Rouge :
Well parfumed and spicy, with ready fruits aroma. Lovely bottle, easy to drink.
Monthélie 'Clos de Réssi' :
Aroma of red fruits, fine wrapped tannin.Typical of this garden on the edge of the first vinetage.
Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru 'Clos du Val' :
Aromatic and with a high alcohol content, a bit woody of vosges, characteristic of is garden.
Monthélie 1er Cru 'Les Duresses' :
Aroma of small red and black fruit well ripe. Fine and round but a still a bit hard.
Volnay :
An open nose on a raspberry touch, with very fine and pleasant tannin. Well equilibrated, this wine served with red meat or a fowl is already nice.
Pommard :
Ropy with closed tannin. Well structured and lond duration, this bottle will be very good in three to five years.
Aligoté :
Fruity wine, served with crème de cassis, it's the famous Kir Bourguignon.
Auxey-Duresses Blanc :
Fruity, fresh and soft, to drink from now to years with a grilled fish or a local cooked meats.
Meursault :
A bit woody, with a vanilla touch (oak of Allier). Still a bit closed, it will be better in one or two years. Well balanced.
